Swim Pakistan publishes structured competition facts drawn from official sources, including swimmer names, events, times, positions, medals, representations and verified records. Corrections are preserved through controlled review.

Family account information, login records, verification cases and identity documents are private. They are used only for identity, authority, security, support and audit purposes and are never included in public profiles or search metadata.

A minor's photograph or family-written biography is public only after the required parent or legal-guardian authority, separate consent and approval checks are complete. Unpublished drafts and pending photographs remain private. Withdrawal removes the content from public display.

Public profile access depends on the swimmer's approved profile state. A pending family claim does not unlock protected career information. Official dates of birth and other controlled sporting facts cannot be changed through public profile text.

Swim Pakistan limits protected actions through authenticated, server-side account and swimmer checks. Records are retained only as required for platform operation, consent history, corrections, security and legal obligations.

Families and data subjects may request access review, correction, consent withdrawal or removal where applicable. Provide the swimmer's official name and enough competition or profile detail to identify the relevant information safely.
