Swim Pakistan preserves and organises swimming information while respecting official sources, personal information and intellectual property rights.
Result data
Competition facts such as swimmer names, events, times, positions and records may be compiled from official result documents and authorised submissions. Swim Pakistan adds structure, verification status, indexing and presentation.
Official source documents
Copyright in official result sheets, photographs, logos and submitted documents remains with their respective owners. Display or reference by Swim Pakistan does not transfer ownership.
Swim Pakistan content
The Swim Pakistan name, platform design, database structure, original written content, reports and generated presentation are protected. They may not be copied, republished, scraped or commercially redistributed without permission.
Corrections and rights requests
Rights holders and data subjects may request review, correction or removal by providing sufficient identification of the relevant content and the basis of the request.
Responsible use
Public access does not authorise bulk harvesting, resale, profiling, harassment or any use that could harm swimmers, particularly minors.
